TERMS & CONDITIONS
For Saturday functions and events, a minimum of 14 days notice is
required to confirm date availability and allow adequate preparation
Maximum seating is 30 people & minimum 20 people
for the use of our front room
- 30% Deposit is required 14 days prior to your function
- Total guest numbers and menu to be finalized 7 days prior to function
- Full payment is to be made on delivery or prior
- All electronic payments to be finalized prior to function
- All quotes are valid for 60 days only
- Parties cancelled 48 hours or less will be charged 30% deposit
- If you bring your own birthday cake we charge $2.50 per person cakeage
- Yes we are BYO for alcohol only our corkage charge is $2.50 per person
- Coffee/Tea & Cold Drinks are NOT included
- Banquet per head prices include room hire and cake stand
- All events are a maximum stay of 3.5 hours and commence from 12.30pm

Thank-you for considering Lunden House for your special event.
We can accommodate groups up to 30 people, with a minimum of 8 people.
Saturday session times are only available between 9.30am–11.30pm or 12.00–2.00pm,
with longer duration available for larger groups in the 12.00 session.
Your booking includes:
- Exclusive use of our formal room for the duration of your session
- Fully styled table setting
- Fully air-conditioned room with amenities nearby.
- The perfect setting to relax & unwind with your nearest & dearest
For Weekend functions and events:
